The USD pared the rebound from earlier this week, with the dollar index slipping to a fresh yearly low of 72.70 on Wednesday, and the greenback may weaken further over the near-term as the slowing recovery in the world’s largest economy dampens speculation for a rate hike by the Federal Reserve.
